Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Perishable Products Our Handmade Beef Liver Bites are a fresh/freeze-dried product. We recommend being available to receive your order promptly. We are not responsible for spoilage due to extended time at the delivery location.
Subscription Orders Subscription orders are processed and shipped on your selected billing cycle. You will receive advance notice before each shipment.
Order Issues If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@iloveellbees.com so we can make it right.
