Steps to Manage Your Subscription

Everything you need is right on this page. Here's a quick guide to help you make changes with confidence.

    Edit Your Next Order Date

    Find "Next Order" near the top of your subscription and click Edit to choose a new date. This is where you can PAUSE your subscription too!

    Change How Often You Receive Orders

    Under "Order frequency," click Edit to switch between monthly or every other month.

  3. 3

    Update Products or Quantity

    Click Edit in the "Products in your subscription" section. You can adjust quantity or click "+ Add Products" to include more items. Hit "Save changes" when done.

    Skip an Upcoming Shipment

    Scroll to "Manage upcoming orders" to see your scheduled deliveries. Click "Skip shipment" next to any order you'd like to pause.

    Cancel Your Subscription

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Cancel subscription" section. Click the red button to cancel. Note: this cannot be undone.
